well it kinda depends on the guy but mostly confidence and personality. i would think.
U are too young. No need to worried about this. Just be youself.
i think you need a guy's opinion.

some of the good qualities (at least for attracting good quality men):

-able to have a conversation. nobody wants to be with someone they can't talk to.

-confidence. this is HUGE. even if you have low self esteem, fake it. just don't overdo it and come off as stuck up.

- a good sense of humor. guys like to joke, so don't take offense to everything.

- opinionated. guys like to know that a girl stands for something. my girlfriend and i are completely opposite in political views, yet we get along great and have great discussions. find something, and stick to it.

- overall optimistic. if you're a bummer about everything, nobody's gonna want to be around you. stay cheerful, and as outgoing as comfortable for you.

and a bit of advice on the side: NEVER let anyone tell you that you're too young to do anything, including dating. if you think you're ready, then nobody has the right to tell you you're not. best of luck to you!
